Serviced plots · Wakiso, Uganda
Land you can walk before you buy.
Surveyed plots on estates we develop ourselves, with the price, the size and the availability shown as they actually stand in our records.
Our next release of plots is being prepared. Tell us what you are looking for and we will contact you when it opens.

Why buy from Ruhaama
We acquire, survey and develop the estates we sell. The plots on this site are our own inventory, not third-party listings, so what you see comes from our records rather than from an intermediary.
When a plot is reserved or sold, it changes here at the same moment it changes internally — so a plot cannot show as available on the website while it is already spoken for.

Questions buyers ask
Resource centreDo I need an account to look at plots?
No. Browsing, prices, plot details and booking a site visit are all open. You only need an account when you want to save a shortlist or reserve a plot.
Can I see the land before I pay anything?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Book a site visit from any plot page or from the form below, and our team will call to agree a date and walk the plot with you.
What does "Reserved" mean on a listing?
Someone is completing a purchase on it, so it is being held and cannot be bought by anyone else. A reservation is a hold — it does not by itself transfer ownership of the land.
Can two people reserve the same plot?
No. The plot is locked for the moment the reservation is made, so if someone reserves it seconds before you, you are told it is no longer available rather than both of you being accepted.
How do I pay, and can I pay in instalments?
You can pay in full, or on an instalment plan agreed with our sales team. Every payment is receipted and appears against the plot in your account.
What does Ruhaama do after I have bought?
We process the title transfer, and we stay on the estate — roads, shared security lighting and common green space are managed by us rather than left to whoever is around.
